Ingredients

Dry gin (Tangueray)

Spiced pear brandy liqueur (St. George)

Bottle pear juice (RW Knudsen)

Ginger ale

Rosemary sprigs

Lime rounds

Bada Bing cocktail cherries (Tillen Farms)

Small pears for slicing (Anjou, Bosc)

Cocktail ice (Publix)
Fizz glasses (tall)

 

 

Directions

Muddle a small sprig of rosemary and drop into a fizz glass. Fill with ice then add 1 1/2 to 2 parts gin, 3/4 part brandy liqueur, 2 parts pear juice, then top off with ginger ale. Spear a bada bing cherry with a sprig of rosemary, then run it through a lime round and place on top of cocktail. Garnish with a pear slice and serve.
