Homegrown,

with smokey, basil/garlic aioli 
Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients

Aioli

½ cup mayonnaise (Dukes)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika 

2 teaspoons freshly chopped basil

¼ to ½ teaspoon minced garlic

Freshly ground black pepper

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl and season with black pepper.

Assembly

21 grain bread or similar

Homegrown tomatoes thinly sliced

Salt & pepper

Good quality olive oil

Spread aioli on one slice of bread, top with

 tomato slices, finish with salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Top with a second slice of bread and enjoy. 

For a BLT add crispy bacon & lettuce!!!
