Chase Rivers is the founder and creative force behind Chase Rivers’ Flair!
Chase grew up in the Southeast and from an early age found himself drawn to both music and southern cooking. As a little guy in North Carolina, he learned to play the guitar and made some delicious and some disastrous messes in the kitchen.
As a result of his early musical accomplishments, Chase was encouraged to move to Nashville to pursue a career as a singer and songwriter. However, in order to make ends meet in his new hometown, he began drawing on other talents. Odd jobs included gardening, interior decorating and faux painting. He began working at Riverwood Mansion, a well-known Nashville wedding venue where he assisted with weddings and other memorable events gaining invaluable experience in the industry.
Chase’s kitchen creations became equally noteworthy among friends. Chase loved cooking and would spend hours in the kitchen creating meals both delicious and artistic just for entertainment’s sake. Praise for his incredible dinner parties encouraged a burgeoning professional cook to spend more time in the kitchen sharing amazing, original southern recipes with a growing number of social media fans.
Chase’s interest in creative events and southern cuisine continued to grow, and he realized his true calling. He decided to fully focus his time and boundless energies on the creation of Chase Rivers’ Flair!, a reflection of his own approach to life as art. Chase is a certified event planner, floral designer and master gardener blending his many talents to create extraordinary weddings and other elegant events.
Chase Rivers has charmed Nashville by presenting recipes and crafts on several local talk spots, and Flair! floral designs and crafts have been featured in Southern Living magazine and Style Me Pretty, the Ultimate Wedding Blog. The unassuming and gregarious Chase Rivers is destined to be a fan favorite wherever he goes, because he earnestly cares about enriching the lives of his audience. Chase’s personal mantra and the wisdom he imparts to others each day is, “Do it with Flair!”
